One of the complexities of learning to be effective with WebAssembly is that it has different uses in different scenarios. There are several related but independent platform proposals that are working their way through the standards process, but the big ones include Wasi 2.0 and the Component Model.

In this talk, Brian will give you a brief but comprehensive overview of the proposals and explain the significance and mechanics of Wasi and the WebAssembly Component Model which are going to radically expand what is possible with this exciting ecosystem.
